I started taking Kickboxing classes right after my 43rd birthday in February 2016. Nearly one year later, I can say I have never felt stronger. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast and certified personal trainer, I know how challenging it can be to find a program that offers full-body conditioningthat doesn’t get “old” . Every class features different warm-up exercises and combinations at the heavy bag.
