Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and the art of eight limbs; two fists, two elbows, two knees and two legs. Muay Thai fighters, known as “Nak Muay” are known for their incredible physical conditioning.
San Da (散打) is the modern way to learn traditional Chinese martial arts, based upon the training used by the Chinese military. It combines the best of the old and the new, and is a great way to learn self-defense and also to get into shape. It is called “Chinese kickboxing” because boxing gloves and other protective pads are used when learning. The student learns a variety of punches, kicks, elbows and knees.
